I stayed at Arlo Nomad for a quick transit during my travel, and the convenience of its location near LaGuardia Airport, only 15 km away, was a huge plus. The hotel provided a sleek and contemporary design, and the second-floor studio space was a great area to relax and catch up on work.
My stay was marred by the lack of hot water in the shower, which was a major inconvenience after a long day of exploring the city.

During my transit in New York, I stayed at Arlo Nomad, and I must say the convenience of its location near LaGuardia airport, just 15 km away, is a major plus. The close proximity to essential landmarks such as Macy's, Empire State Building, and Rockefeller Center also adds to the convenience for both business and leisure travelers.
The lack of privacy in the bathroom due to the barn door design was a minor inconvenience. The door does not completely close, resulting in sound and odor leakage, which can be uncomfortable for couples sharing a room.

The room was updated and clean and available for storage under the bed. Excellent service, though a few employees were very unhelpful.
The location was terrible.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel's famous glass floor where we enjoyed a 31-story plunge view, which made for a perfect and unforgettable photo opportunity for our entire family. Additionally, the postcard pinboard near the lifts was a gem, offering us valuable tips on shopping, eating, and sightseeing from other guests. The fleet of high-quality city bikes provided by the hotel was ideal for exploring the surrounding neighborhoods, adding an adventurous touch to our family trip.
In my wife's opinion, the hotel could enhance the family experience by providing a few more child-friendly amenities such as a children's play area or organized activities for kids, catering specifically to families with children.

The corner Sky King room was like a cozy cocoon with those floor-to-ceiling windows offering epic views of the city. I felt like I was in my own little world up there, just soaking in the vibes.
The bathroom lighting felt a tad dim for my liking.
